Your mailbox has a bouncer. Mail from people in your contacts walks in. Mail from a name it has never seen gets pushed into Spam or Trash. We are new to your mailbox, so our codes get pushed. Put us in your contacts and the bouncer waves us through.

It is a plain mail, nothing to click. In your inbox within a minute? All good. Not there? Look in Spam, Junk or Trash, move it to the inbox and mark it "not junk".
Subscription
Plans are bought, changed and cancelled through the App Store on your phone, inside CrewBag or in Apple's subscription settings — never here, so no card number ever reaches us.

Delete my account
Instant and permanent. One record stays for two years (a second only if you curated a setup) — what stays and why.
One click, no questions: your account, waitlist seat, points, passkeys and poll answers are removed from our server. Your handle is held for 14 days, then released for anyone to take. Encrypted backups age out automatically within 14–90 days. What stays: the security audit trail (account created or deleted, sign-ins with IP address, consent changes — your email and the event only, kept 2 years) and, only if you contributed a curated setup, the minimal provenance record described in the privacy policy.
